Flickr now supports hCard and XFN on profile pages.

Using hCard on local search results.

Several W3C staff members use hCard on their personal pages.

Wikipedia is using hCard (often with geo) for biographies, places, organisations, bands etc. and hCalendar for album, film and book release dates, space launches, and other notable events.
